Unitarian Universalists of Petaluma

Teaming with the church congregation and MAD Architects we are envisioning a new beginning for this historic church structure and its “yard”. The congregation’s priority was flexible, inclusive space. The design includes a children’s play area, a contemplative garden, a outdoor meeting space all arranged around a central oval plaza. The planting will also be inclusive, welcoming a range of birds and pollinators with a mainly native plant palette.
