How do we show up to accomplish the work we need and desire?

We met through serendipity, crossing paths at events supporting and celebrating women in landscape architecture. At that time, we were individually interested in the possibility of how we might change our practice, but not sure yet how to manifest it.

Today as founding members of re:public, we engage the question of transformation personally and collectively, committing to its investigation within our daily interactions, projects and partnerships. As a result, our culture is a laboratory for alchemy and exploration. We are living our questions and believe that this way of practicing – this way of showing up – will contribute to a wider cultural evolution.

If we can collaboratively create beauty while using projects as vehicles for community transformation, we will have learned a potent alchemy. As an individual passionate about working with dedication and rigor I will feel fortunate if I can put my skills and talents to the service of building the creative capacity of communities and organizations. This is important because we all need to learn to embrace and harness the change that is coming our way.
